(abbreviated version)

We are a Virtual Club, we are not affiliated with any real world club or group in any way. Our members must own a legal flight simulator. We support most simulators, including but not limited to X-Plane, P3D, FSX. and now MS2020.

We do not have HUBs, we are 100% GA and we lease and maintain hangers at these locations:
- Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport/Woodrum Field (KROA), Roanoke, VA
- Juneau International Airport (PAJN), Juneau, AK
- Albuquerque International Sunport Airport, Albuquerque, NM (KABQ)
- Scholes International Airport, Galveston, TX (KGLS)
- Mountain Home Municipal (U76), Mountain Home, Idaho
- Merrill Field (PAMR), Anchorage, Alaska

FLY - It has always been puzzling why anyone would join a virtual airline or a flying club and rarely or never fly. Our policy is very liberal and simple, all pilots MUST fly a first flight within the first 14 days of joining AND THEN at least one flight every 45 days thereafter to maintain active membership status at Fly-GA Club.

We DO NOT require that pilots fly online but we do encourage it. In order to fly online one must be registered with either VATSIM, IVAO, or both. With your application for membership you certify and agree that you are now age 16 or higher and if you are a minor you have full consent of a parent or guardian to join Fly-GA Club. Our ACARS Flight Tracking System is Windows based but if your machine is MAC or Linux you may file your PIREPS manually.

We use vaBase flight tracking software which tracks your entire flight; it also maintains a flight log for you and it rates your performance including take-off and landing analysis.

You ARE NOT required to fly from the Schedule Flight list, if you prefer, create your own charter and fly anywhere as long as it is in a GA plane (no airliners except vintage prop aircraft). The Aircraft listed in a schedule flight is a recommended plane for that particular flight and the very plane I personally flew each and every schedule flight, but if you do not own it, you may substitute one of your own which is most similar in design, power, and passenger capacity.

We have an ever growing variety of GA planes in our fleet; therefore we'd like you to fly only fleet planes; but if your ‘go-to’ plane is not listed, let us know and we will consider including it. If you do not have any of these planes and still want to fly, chose on of like performance and PAX capacity and ONLY a GA (general aviation) plane.

We do have a Discord Server and just as Fly-GA Club is new, so is our server. Eventually we plan to have a TeamSpeak and whichever is most popular is the one we will maintain. Either way, both will be around for a while as we grow and evolve.

Main thing is to fly GA and have fun doing it.

Thank you for visiting our site.
